CBSE Schools Management Association – CSMA is a unique forum with a vibrant team that approaches and resolves issues in an outstanding way. At this juncture I would like to express my gratitude towards our members who supports this forum in every possible way. I’m grateful to the Executive Council members who have worked and devoted personal resources to lend to the vision that makes CSMA the strong, successful forum. It's an honour to have the opportunity to serve as your President.
CSMA team, with its professional and efficient works established a strong base in the state of Tamil Nadu. As I assume this role, I keep in mind the trust and belief I have in the Executive Council. They are a group with exceptional aptitude and sense of service. I look forward to working with each of them to accomplish our goals and contribute to the overall mission of CSMA.
The current scenario in the Education sector requires a stronger and unified effort to thrive and accomplish the smooth running of an institution. We will accomplish this by continuing to improve communications and strengthening mutual efforts between the member institutes in various parts of the Nation. As these relationships are nurtured, the Association will continue to represent the interest of our members and present a cohesive voice collectively.
Subsequently, CSMA sought out to join hands together with the Management associations of various states such as Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Pudhucherry forming the base for a “Global Federation” which aims to sort out issues faced by the CBSE schools globally with a unified effort. Thoughts and ideas from diverse background will be an added advantage for the firm establishment of the forum. At this time, I would like to quote Dr. Askhari Johnson Hodari who once wrote, “If everyone helps to hold up the sky, then one person does not become tired.” Which exactly describes the mission of “Global Federation”.
In addition, the Association looks to reach out to prospective members and engage those who bring a wealth of knowledge through practical applications and practices. We encourage members, new as well as seasoned to share their views, experience or expertise that will helps us to take the quality of education to new dimension and to assist and support the students with Merit Awards to those well-deserving recipients.
Lastly, at the center of association’s efforts to bring together the maximum number of the Management personnel under one roof, our Executive Council works diligently throughout the year expanding the scope of travel plans and programs. Coinciding with the educational experience is an opportunity to network with colleagues, which in and of itself is a valuable asset toward developing professionally and enhancing one’s knowledge. Once again, I’m grateful for the support and honored to have the opportunity to serve as President of this dutiful forum. In my efforts I will hold true to the mission of the Association, and I look forward to hearing from the membership and seeing you all at future programs.
With Best Wishes,
C S Manoharan,
